PLEASE NOTE:
If there is a repair and the contractor determines that tenant neglect was the cause, the tenant will be solely responsible for the costs of repair.
Examples of tenant negligence:
- Any damage due to animal guardianship
- Any damage due to visitor negligence
- Any damage due to improper usage of home fixtures
- Any damage due to abuse of the premises
BEFORE submitting a Repair Request, please answer the following questions:
- Is this request for general cleaning?
- Is this request to replace light bulbs?
- Is this request for carpet cleaning?
- Is my toilet clogged because the wrong item was flushed?
If you answered 'NO' to all of the questions above then proceed:
- Send us an email letting us know of your repair request. The email is to include your answers to the questions above.
